This Shipping Policy outlines how we process, ship, and deliver your orders.
By placing an order through our website, you agree to the terms below.


1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays).

We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
Note: Once an order has entered the “Processing” or “Shipped” stage, it cannot be modified or canceled.

2. Estimated Delivery Time
 Almost 7-12 working days
*Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on destination, customs clearance, or carrier service capacity.
We do not guarantee exact delivery dates and are not liable for any delays caused by third-party logistics, customs inspections, or force majeure events (e.g., weather, pandemic, strikes).

3. Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Tracking updates may take 1–3 business days to appear in the carrier’s system.
Customers are responsible for monitoring their tracking status and contacting the carrier directly if delays occur.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by the destination country.
We are not responsible for delays or seizures due to customs inspections or restrictions in your country.

5. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

6. Lost or Stolen Packages
Once the package is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, ownership is transferred to the customer.
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages after delivery confirmation.
If your package is lost during transit (not marked as delivered), please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at zhonghaixin@huigangyuan.cn or +86 15398882602
We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.

7. Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged:
Take clear photos or videos of the package and product.
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at zhonghaixin@huigangyuan.cn.
We will assess the issue and, if approved, send a replacement or refund (depending on stock availability).
Please note that minor cosmetic damage to external packaging caused by shipping does not qualify as a defective product.

8. Shipping Fees
All orders over 30$ will get freeshipping.

9. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delivery delays or failures resulting from causes beyond our control, including but not limited to:
Natural disasters (e.g., floods, earthquakes, storms);
Public health emergencies or pandemics;
Customs inspections or trade restrictions;
Strikes, labor disputes, or transportation interruptions.
