Eligibility for Returns and Refunds
We only accept returns or refunds in cases where the issue is caused by our error, including:
The item received is defective or damaged upon arrival;
The item is incorrect (different model, color, or quantity from what was ordered);
The item is missing from the shipment.
For all other cases — including change of mind, wrong address provided, size/color preference, or improper use — we do not offer returns or refunds. - Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
You must contact us within 7 calendar days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
You must provide clear photos or videos as proof of the issue before we approve the return.
We reserve the right to reject a return request if the product shows signs of use or damage caused by the customer. - Return & Refund Process
If your case qualifies under Section 1:
Contact us at zhonghaixin@huigangyuan.cn with your order number, photos/videos, and a short description of the issue.
Once your request is approved, we’ll provide return instructions and shipping details.
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we’ll notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. - Return Shipping Costs
If the return is due to our mistake (e.g., defective or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping cost or provide a partial shipping reimbursement.

We are not responsible for customs, lost or delayed packages due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer or carrier-related issues outside our control.
