Yes, we do accept returns — but only under specific conditions.
You may request a return within 2 calendar days of receiving your order if there is a problem caused by our side, such as:
You received a defective or damaged product;
You received the wrong item or an incomplete package.

Q3: Are your squishy toys safe for children?
Absolutely! At HelloHazzy, product safety is our top priority.
All our squishy toys are:
Made from non-toxic, BPA-free, eco-friendly materials;
Soft, durable, and safe for both kids and adults;
Tested for compliance with international safety standards (EN71, ASTM F963, CE certification).
However, we recommend supervision for children under 3 years old, as small parts may pose a choking hazard.
